Prices

You will note that we do not display prices on the website. This is simply because of the nature of our business. There are so many variables, such as timings, distances, multiple amusements being booked, supervision, etc that there is often no fixed price per hire. Please call, or send an email, and we will confirm the price depending on your personal requirements.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel any booking worth in excess of £100 for any reason other than poor weather the following terms apply: More than 21 days notice then you will lose only the deposit paid. 14-21 days notice then a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total hire fee will be due. Less than 14 days notice then the full charge is payable unless paid within 5 days of cancellation when it will be reduced to 75%. Cancellation fees will be pursued as necessary including legal action if so required. Until recently we tried to avoid imposing cancellation charges. However, having suffered cancellations in excess of £6,000 value in the past 6 weeks including large bookings cancelled due to 'poor ticket sales' with just a few days notice we have no alternative.

Weather and Cancellations

We'd love to be able to promise you a sunny day for your event but unfortunately the British weather can be quite unpredictable. Some of the entertainments we offer come with raincovers or rainshelters but some do not. If you find you have to cancel your booking due to poor weather then there will be no charge as long as we are advised prior to us leaving our premises to deliver. Any deposit already paid will be returned in these circumstances.

Our Service

We will deliver the equipment, set it up for you, run through the instructions/guidelines and return to collect the equipment all at the times agreed in advance.
The area where the equipment is to be set-up, and the access to the area, should be cleared of any obstructions before delivery. If the area is not clear when delivery is first attempted the delivery staff may have to return later to avoid being late for other customers. We will not set-up equipment on sites where fires have been or lawns covered in dog mess.
You may be able to collect certain items on a DIY basis subject to certain conditions - please ask for details.
The majority of our equipment is supplied unsupervised and it is the hirers responsibility to ensure that sufficient adult supervision is provided through out the hire period. Supervision is available on most items if required at additional cost.

Timings

The delivery/start and collection/finish times will be agreed at the time of booking. In most circumstances, due to the busy delivery and collection schedule of the day, we will be unable to vary these times without good notice.

Safety

All of our amusements are designed to be as safe as possible.
All of our equipment has PAT certification and is tested on an annual basis.
To avoid accidents, and to ensure that rules are followed, all childrens amusements should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during use.
For outdoor events it is preferable that the equipment is operated on grass. If the equipment is to be operated on a non-grass surface please make sure that we are notified at the time of booking so any necessary additional arrangements can be made. There are certain items that cannot be operated on a hard surface.

Power Supply

All inflatables will require a 240 volt electricity supply which should be within 50 metres of the equipment site. If the nearest supply is over 50 metres away please advise at the time of booking so we know to bring along additional power leads. If you are planning to supply electricity from a generator please contact us in advance so we can ensure that you are aware of the correct generator specifications required.
If an electric supply is unavailable we can supply either a generator or a petrol engine blower at additional cost. Please ask for details.

You can be assured that we will do all we can to make sure your event is a success. We are founder members of the National Association of Inflatable Hirers (NAIH). We are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses.

We have a range of Bouncy Castles available for hire with a variety of sizes and themes, to suit all venues whether indoors or outdoors.
We have invested in some castles that are only 8ft tall specifically for use in village halls and community centres.

As well as lots of castles for kids we now have a couple for the adults!

All are supplied with shower covers and safety mats where required.
